Alan Wilson - Personal Trainer
Alan holds over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. A former member of the armed forces, he is currently a British and World Champion powerlifter, as well as a holder of multiple British and World records.
His expertise is further reflected in the achievements of his clients, many of whom have secured British, European, and World titles.
With such a distinguished background in strength and performance, Alan is uniquely positioned to assist individuals in achieving their own strength, performance, and aesthetic aspirations, unfortunately you'll have to put up with some extremely terrible dad jokes along way.
-
Leira Pamp - Personal Trainer
Leira started working in the fitness industry in 2019, having had experience working with personal trainers from her previous job as a model.
She delivers 1-1, 2-1, and group training sessions to people of all ages, shapes, and abilities, always ensuring the person's goals and current ability is kept at the centre.
Leira is undertaking a degree in Physiotherapy, which she is set to graduate from in July 2025. Her clients all benefit from the experience her course gives her, and clients frequently note they feel stronger than when they first started, have had a reduction in pain from longstanding injuries, and are able to achieve the goals set at the beginning of training.
Her goal is to be able to help people through all stages of fitness, whether you've had an injury, or whether you're a complete beginner to fitness.
